Admissions: New York State 1998. Education: Thomas Cooley Law School, Lansing, Michigan (J .D. 1985); C.W. Post College (B.S. 1980). Our Residential Mortgage Department is headed by Mr. Friedman, an attorney with many years prior experience managing his own law firm. Mr. Friedman has represented many individuals for their purchase or sale of Co-ops, Condominiums, New Construction and 1-4 family homes. Due to his depth of experience, our Residential Mortgage Department has the expertise to accommodate the procedures and protocol of each individual lending institution.
